Since 1935, when the Solís family brought a piece of their beloved Valencian land to Madrid, La Barraca has been an exponent of the classic Spanish popular cuisine that over three generations has maintained the values and culinary legacy of the recipes of yesteryear.
In the preparation of our rice dishes and paellas we use top quality raw materials and the star ingredient of the house, the bomba rice with D.O. Valencia. In addition, we apply large doses of intuition and sensitivity to achieve that style that gives each of our dishes a unique character.
